Description
Above assembly lines, light is needed along a fixed run rather than spread across the whole room. The Glamox LINDOX-4000 can be mounted to follow that run and keeps the same light colour across every station. What lifts it above simpler hall luminaires is DALI control, which allows a separate level per line section.

Makes sense on cycled assembly lines whose sections should be lit to different levels. It is not the right choice for visual inspection stations with high demands on colour judgement.
