The type A 040 device inserts pre-magazined solder lugs at a one-second cycle. The insertion process is triggered by a plunger or a foot switch. It processes all commercial solder lugs lined up on a wire or adhesive strip. By changing the insertion head and the magazine, solder lugs of other dimensions and shapes can also be processed.
