The 50 mm mounting rail serves as a fixing base for luminaires of the Glamox MADOX, REDOX and ANDOX series. It carries the luminaire and spreads its fixing over a continuous surface rather than over single points. This allows fittings to be placed where the existing fixing points do not match the luminaire grid.
