TP-65 ThermoPik SensaTemp for QFP and Flatpack Removal - PACE 7024-0001

A QFP with leads on all four sides must be reflowed at once and lifted immediately. The TP-65 ThermoPik does both with one hand: the tip heats all leads simultaneously and the integral vacuum pick takes the part off with a finger switch.
