Festo pneumatics
Festo electric drives provide motor-driven linear motion, swivel functions, and combined rotary-linear movements for automation technology. The range extends from electric toothed belt and spindle axes of the EGC series through electric slides EGSK and electric rotary actuators ERMB/ERMO to compact rotary-linear modules EHMB. Couplings of the EAMC series and motor flanges EAMF complete the programme for connection to servo and stepper motors.
Unlike pneumatic drives, electric axes and slides allow programmable intermediate positions, force control, and process-data-based feedback. The components are matched to common motor variants and controllers and can be integrated into Festo-specific as well as standardised automation platforms.
