Round cylinder ISO 6432
Single-acting round cylinders to ISO 6432 generate force in one direction only, with return movement provided by an integrated compression spring. The range includes Airtec cylinders series ZEM with bore diameters from 10 to 25 mm and strokes from 10 to 50 mm. Since no second compressed-air port is needed for the return stroke, pipe routing is simplified. The return spring force must be taken into account during design as it reduces the available thrust force.

Typical applications: Clamping, stamping and pressing operations with single-direction force requirement, pneumatic slides where spring force defines the safe position, and applications with simple 3/2-way valve control without pull-back pressure requirements.
