Description

The THERMOCUT 650 cuts styrofoam, hard foam, polyurethane, PU foam and thermoplastic films cleanly and almost dust-free. The control knob pre-selects the wire temperature to suit the material and keeps it electronically stable while working. For these materials, hot wire cutters are far superior to knives or saws.

Telescopic arm: adjustable cutting length 400 to 650 mm, cutting depth (throat) 200 mm.
Constant wire tension: spring element in the support bracket compensates heat-related wire expansion.
Adjustable temperature: 100 to 350 °C with Ø 0.2 mm wire for clean cuts.
Safe voltage: heating element at max. 40 V and 1.2 A, insulated to class 2.
Stationary use: support surface with bore for a screw clamp, also for styrofoam boards 100 x 50 cm.
