Between the pinpoint 2.4 mm nozzle and the large packages sits the range where 5 mm is the right choice: SOT cases, small SOICs and multi-lead chip parts need heat across the whole contact area but not across half the board. The A1130 provides exactly that outlet diameter at a nozzle length of 25.5 mm.
