A solder pot rarely fails from one day to the next. The crucible goes first, wetting turns uneven and the temperature at the workpiece no longer matches the display. For the QU100-4C with its round 36 mm crucible, 200 W of heating power and a range of 150 to 500 °C, this is the genuine replacement.

• Round shape, 36 mm in diameter, identical to the crucible fitted to the QU100-4C at the factory.
• Titanium coating against erosion by molten solder, which also suits lead free alloys and their higher working temperature.
• Restores even heat transfer between heater and solder, the basis for stable readings across 150 to 500 °C.
• Replacing the crucible keeps controller, housing and heater of the bath in service instead of buying a new unit.

Compatibility

Quick QU100-4C. The larger QU100-6C and the rectangular 100-15S at 98 x 121 mm use their own crucibles. Remove residual solder before the change and swap the crucible only when the unit is cold.
