Small pads and sensitive SMD parts do not tolerate long heat exposure. The Quick TS11 reaches 300 °C in 3 seconds and provides 90 W, so the joint can be finished quickly and under control.

What the station does

• TSS11 cartridge system: tip and heating element are one unit, so heat arises at the working point and recovers without detour
• Temperature range 100 to 450 °C, calibratable for repeatable process checks
• Three memory channels CH1 to CH3 for fixed working temperatures
• IPS colour display showing temperature and operating state at a glance
• Password protection against accidental changes plus a temperature alarm with buzzer
• Auto sleep and auto shutdown, standby triggered by the holder

Applications

Board repair and rework, SMD assembly, prototyping and small batch production. The slim iron keeps the view on the joint clear, which decides the job on fine pads and tight component spacing.

Scope of delivery

Station, iron with cartridge tip, holder with dry cleaner and seats for 6 tips, silicone pad, ESD equipotential bonding cable. Tips included: bent 0.5 mm, knife 3 mm and straight 0.5 mm.

Compatibility

The unit uses TSS11 series cartridges, so further tip shapes can be added later without replacing the iron.
