When a 13 mm fastener has to be tightened to torque and there is hardly room to reposition the wrench, this ratchet ring insert tool saves lifting the torque wrench off. The integrated ratchet with 72 teeth indexes after only 5°, and the bi-hex ring fully encloses the bolt head. It is rated up to 100 Nm, and the 9 x 12 mm tool holder fits torque wrenches with an interchangeable insert system.
