Brushless Electric Screwdriver 0.4-1.8 Nm, 230 V, Lever Start - HIOS VB-1820X

The HIOS VB-1820X is a brushless electric screwdriver for M2.6-M4 screws with a torque range of 0.4-1.8 Nm. It connects directly to 220-240 V and needs neither a power supply nor a controller. The shut-off clutch ends the fastening cycle at the set torque, and the brushless motor runs without carbon dust and with little maintenance.

Application

For series assembly of small screws in electronics, electrical engineering and device manufacturing where a screwdriver is to run directly at the workstation without a separate power supply.

Compatibility

Matching HIOS accessories: pistol grip attachment PAB-18, angle head for 1/4" hex ANGLV-Z-XX1 and screwdriver holder for the VMS stand VMS-0900-PG7. The HIOS HP-100 2025 torque meter is suitable for checking the set torque. The push start version is available as VB-1820PSX, and VB-3012X and VB-4504X cover higher torques. No controller is required.
