The barrel sits at the front of the Weller WP 65 or WXP 65 and holds the fitted XNT soldering tip in position. Only with a firmly seated barrel does the tip rest properly on the heating element and transfer heat without losses. If the barrel is deformed, scaled or lost, this genuine part restores the iron.
