The conical Optimum SmoothFlow dispensing needle meters medium to high viscosity and filled fluids with low pressure drop and laminar flow.

  • Tapered bore lowers pressure drop and delivers an even, laminar bead.
  • One-piece plastic tip in gauge 22 (0.41 mm) handles thick or filled materials.
  • Polyethylene with UV blocker protects light-sensitive materials such as UV adhesives.
  • Luer-Lock thread and blue colour coding give a secure fit and fast selection.
