Description
Elongated SMD components can be desoldered cleanly with hot air when a suitably shaped protective cup focuses the heat on the component. The rectangular P2235 protective cup measuring 12 x 17 mm shields the adjacent components in the process. The cup is supplied without a tripod and can be combined with a tripod for clean removal of the component.
