Cleaning tool for desoldering tips - Oki AC-TC
Solidified solder inside a desoldering tip bore blocks the suction channel and makes clearing plated through holes unreliable. The Oki AC-TC cleaning tool reams the tip bore while the tip is hot and restores its full cross section. It is standard equipment on every bench running Oki desoldering handpieces.

Description
Every desoldering cycle pulls solder into the bore of the desoldering tip, where it solidifies. The Oki AC-TC cleaning tool clears that bore mechanically so the tip keeps its full suction cross section and plated through holes come clean in a single pass.
Benefits
- Reams the bore of desoldering tips and restores the suction cross section
- Extends tip service life because no solder plug bakes in
- Used directly at the bench, no need to strip down the station
- Sturdy design for daily shift operation
Applications
Maintenance of desoldering tips in repair, rework and electronics production. Use it after every high volume desoldering cycle and before returning the handpiece to its stand.
