FE extraction adapter kit 5.6 mm tube for SP-HC-1 and SP-200 - Metcal DS03-930

At hand soldering benches without a hood, the fume drifts past the operator. The DS03-930 FE adapter kit moves the capture point onto the hand piece itself and collects the fume where it is generated. It fits the Metcal SP-HC-1 and SP-200 soldering irons.

Benefits

• Captures solder fume at the tip instead of in the room
• 5.6 mm tube keeps the assembly slim and the joint in clear view
• Extraction tube with fastening clip for quick mounting on the hand piece
• Extraction hose for connection to an existing solder fume extraction unit
• Tube cleaning brush included, so flux residue can be removed

Applications

Hand soldering in electronics manufacturing, repair and rework on printed circuit boards, and laboratory benches where fume has to be captured at source.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Suitable for the Metcal SP-HC-1 and SP-200 soldering irons. Delivery includes the 5.6 mm tube, the extraction tube with fastening clip, the extraction hose and one tube cleaning brush. The extraction unit itself is not included.
