M5 filter mat, dust prefilter for ACD 400.1 - ULT 4-00210

When suction performance drops on an ACD 400.1 filter unit, a saturated prefilter mat is usually the cause. The M5 filter mat 4-00210 is the wear part of that first filter stage. It sits in the change frame ahead of the adsorption filter cassettes and is renewed without tools.

Applications

The ACD series is used for bonding, pretreatment, painting and printing, cleaning, laminating and casting. All of these produce dust alongside the gas and vapour load, and the mat catches it before the activated carbon. Where the particle load is high, a weekly visual check of the mat is advisable.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Replacement filter for the ACD 400.1 filter configurations A28, AC39 and C50. Supplied as one single M5 filter mat. For regular demand ULT lists the same mat as a pack of ten under 4-00214, and the complete change frame with the mat fitted under 4-01006 for configuration A28 and under 4-00869 for AC39 and C50. The LRA 400.1 solder fume units use the M5 and F7 mat set (4-00219), while the ASD and LAS series work with an F9 bag filter and an F panel filter respectively.
