This M5 class filter mat forms the coarse stage in ULT series 400 units and keeps dust, fibres and flux residue away from the main filter. It drops into the filter shaft of ASD 400, LAS 400, LRA 400 and ACD 400 and is changed without tools. Replacing it on schedule keeps the airflow steady and protects the more expensive main filter stage.
