ESD extraction nozzle DN50 length 210 mm black - Alsident 1-5021-6

Inside an EPA the extraction nozzle itself has to dissipate charge. The Alsident 1-5021-6 is a 210 mm conductive extraction nozzle for DN50 arms that is guided straight to the solder joint and removes fume at the point of formation.

Applications

The nozzle is used at hand soldering, rework and repair benches for electronic assemblies and for dispensing or bonding inside an EPA. It captures solder fume and light vapours locally at the source.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The nozzle pushes onto Alsident extraction arms with a 50 mm tube diameter and matches the WSA-5LR, WSA-10LR and WSA-20LR device series. Delivery covers one extraction nozzle in black without arm and without extraction unit.

The conductive version supports workstations operated to IEC 61340-5-1.
