ESD utility cart with 3 shelves, table mat, 950 x 540 mm, 250 kg - Warmbier 5390.700

Assemblies usually move between placement, test and store in batches. The 5390.700 utility cart provides three 950 x 540 mm shelves for this, all of them fitted with an ESD table mat, and takes up to 250 kg with an evenly distributed load.

• Solid rubber castors of 125 mm diameter, two of them fixed, which keeps the cart tracking straight over longer distances.
• Typical bleeder resistance of 10^6 to 10^7 Ohm, so the cart fits into the grounding concept of the EPA.

Technical data

Application

The cart is built for internal material flow inside an EPA: picking in the component store, feeding racks to the placement line, circulating between soldering, test and rework benches and moving assemblies to final assembly. The three levels keep separate orders apart without having to push several carts.

Scope of delivery

The cart is supplied for self assembly. Storage bins and racks are not included.
