Extraction hose DN150 antistatic sold by the metre without end piece - ULT 06.1.028

When several capture points merge into one line or a large extraction unit needs its full air volume, DN 150 is the size of choice. This ULT hose is supplied by the metre and can therefore be run over the planned distance without intermediate couplings.

Applications

Main lines between extraction unit and collecting duct in production halls, connection of hoods and large capture elements, and upgrades of existing systems whose cross section has become too small for the required air volume.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The hose belongs to the DN150 extraction system of the ULT 500 range and therefore fits the filter units ASD 500 MD.47 1PaR10 PE and LAS 500 MD.47 1PaR7.5 PTFE at 750 m³/h each, as well as the high pressure versions ASD 500 HD.14 1PaR10 PE and LAS 500 HD.14 1PaR7.5 PTFE at 270 m³/h each. For clamping, ULT lists the spiral hose clamp 145-165 mm under number 06.0.098. Where an antistatic duct is not required, hose 06.1.023 is available in the same nominal width.

Delivery covers hose by the metre in DN 150, antistatic and without accessories. Reducers, clamps and connecting parts have to be sourced separately. According to the master data this item is not declared ESD safe.
