Compartment layout 4 compartments for drawer cabinet 5150.815, conductive - Warmbier 5150.815.A

A drawer of the 5150.815 drawer cabinet only stays organised if the divider plays along and does not interrupt the ESD protection. This compartment layout splits one drawer into 4 compartments and is made of permanently conductive polystyrene with a typical surface resistance of 10^4 - 10^5 ohm.

Advantages

• 4 separate compartments per drawer keep components and small parts sorted instead of loose
• Permanently conductive polystyrene, the conductivity is part of the material and does not wear off
• Typical surface resistance 10^4 - 10^5 ohm, within the conductive range
• Made to fit the 5150.815 drawer cabinet, no cutting or reworking required
• Black finish matching the rest of the Warmbier cabinet range

Application

Inside the EPA the layout separates resistors, connectors, screws and small assemblies at repair and test benches, in assembly preparation and at the material counter. As cabinet and divider are both made of conductive plastic, the dissipation path stays intact along the whole route of the component.
