ESD shelf trolley with 4 shelves, 1040 x 540 x 1280 mm - Warmbier 5390.1210.01

Long carriers and several boxes side by side call for shelf length, not just more levels. The 5390.1210.01 shelf trolley provides four shelves of 925 x 405 mm on a 1040 x 540 mm footprint, with an overall height of 1280 mm.

• Shelves of 925 x 405 mm take two euro-format tote boxes or long carriers next to each other on one level.
• Three of the four shelves are height adjustable in a 25 mm grid, so spacing can be matched to racks and storage bins.
• Four levels keep several orders cleanly separated without moving more than one trolley.
• Four conductive swivel castors of 100 mm diameter, two of them with a brake, so the trolley stays put while it is loaded.
• Typical bleeder resistance of 10^3 to 10^5 Ohm places the trolley in the conductive range and allows use inside the EPA.
• Galvanised steel construction with fitted handles for safe control even when fully loaded.

Technical data

Application

The trolley serves the material loop inside an EPA: picking in the component store, presentation at placement and assembly benches, buffering between soldering, test and rework stations and handover to final assembly. The long shelves suit lines where material is staged order by order in a row.

Scope of delivery

The shelf trolley is supplied for self assembly. Tote boxes are not included.
