ESD hook lid, conductive, black, for tote boxes 400 x 300 mm - Warmbier 5310.43

An open tote box lets dust and stray hands reach the parts. This hook lid in 400 x 300 mm hangs into the rim of the box and is moulded from the same permanently volume conductive polypropylene as the boxes, so covering a box does not break the ESD concept.

Application

The lid goes onto 400 x 300 mm tote boxes whenever assemblies sit on the shelf for longer periods, travel between production areas or are stored in dusty zones. Inside the EPA the contents stay surrounded by conductive material throughout.
