Precision soldering tweezers for MX-500, MX-5000 and MX-5200 - Metcal MX-PTZ

A two lead part only releases when both joints are molten at the same moment. The MX-PTZ heats them from both sides through a pair of PTTC cartridges and can be adjusted in height and rotation until the tips sit coplanar on the pads.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The tweezers run on the Metcal MX-500, MX-5000 and MX-5200 systems and accept PTTC series cartridges. Supplied is the MX-PTZ handpiece, cartridges are not included.
