Replacement arm-to-plenum adapter for BVX-101 and BVX-103 extractors - Oki BVX-ADT

If the adapter is missing or jammed, the bench extractor can no longer be reconfigured to the required capture method. The BVX-ADT restores the link between the housing and the plenum hood or extraction arm and fits the BVX-101 and BVX-103 extraction units.
