Where tote boxes travel close to the floor inside an EPA, this transport rolli doubles the load area on the same footprint: two levels 360 mm apart on a 615 x 415 mm base. The upper shelf can be assembled horizontally or inclined, so containers face the operator and picking needs no deep bending.

Technical data

Application

The rolli handles tote box traffic between stores, picking and the assembly line. Conductive castors keep the load electrostatically tied to the dissipative floor, so charged container surfaces cannot discharge uncontrolled. The inclined upper level works as a staging position directly at the workstation.
