Application

Storage and staging of SMD tape reels inside the EPA, at the setup station and at the placement machine. The volume conductive grade belongs to the ESD concept of the workplace, with the rack at the same potential as bench mat and floor, so charge from unwinding the tape does not stay on the reel. FIFO withdrawal keeps batch order, which matters for moisture sensitive devices with a limited floor life. As the conductivity sits in the material itself rather than in a coating, it survives cleaning and mechanical wear.
