Flat assemblies and printed circuit boards only need an even cushioning layer that leaves nothing behind on the surface. This soft PU foam, 553 x 353 x 20 mm, has a smooth finish and is electrostatically dissipative, it absorbs the shock and does not charge up when the part is taken out.

Technical data

Application

Bottom liner in the storage container, separating layer between stacked boards and padding under units on the test bench. The smooth surface makes removal easier because the part does not catch on nubs. For shaped inserts the sheet can be cut with a knife or a cutting jig.
