Between test area, workshop and customer, sensitive electronics leave the protected zone. The Warmbier conductive case keeps them at a defined potential on the way: the shell is permanently volume-conductive, carbon-loaded polypropylene with a typical point-to-point resistance of 10^4 - 10^5 ohm.
