When building a solder fume extraction system the hose length decides the pressure drop and therefore the capture rate at the nozzle. This flexible Weller hose of 40 mm diameter is supplied by the metre and can be matched to the actual run without waste.

Applications

Connecting line between extraction unit and extraction arm or funnel nozzle at hand soldering benches, bonding stations and in central extraction systems. Also used to replace damaged hose sections in existing installations.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

For Weller extraction systems of 40 mm nominal size. Supplied without a connecting piece, the matching connector and clamps are ordered separately. The hose is not declared ESD safe and is therefore not intended for EPA areas to IEC 61340-5-1.
