The Warmbier T412 Aquatack 1280.T412 is a conductive adhesive for laying the ECOSTAT-DF CENTRA-NV needle-fleece floor covering in an ESD-compliant EPA. The continuous adhesive bed grounds the covering across its whole surface, so grounding via a snap-fastener system can be omitted on larger areas.

Your benefits

  • Area-wide dissipation instead of point grounding via snap fasteners
  • Easy-to-spread adhesive ridges
  • Matched to the Warmbier ECOSTAT-DF CENTRA-NV needle-fleece covering

Technical data

  • Model: 1280.T412
  • Material: conductive wet-bed adhesive (Aquatack)
  • Container size: 14 kg (canister)
  • Consumption: approx. 450 g/m²
  • Suitable for: ECOSTAT-DF CENTRA-NV needle-fleece floor covering

Application

For laying conductive needle-fleece floor coverings in electrostatic protected areas of electronics manufacturing, in laboratories and cleanrooms.

Standards and compliance

Supports the build-up of an EPA to IEC 61340-5-1.
