ESD PE foam sheet dissipative, black, hard, 1000 x 1000 x 3 mm - Warmbier 4550.03.1000

Where assemblies are stacked in ESD containers, a firm intermediate layer keeps parts apart better than loose padding. This sheet of cross linked closed cell PE foam is permanently dissipative through carbon and provides 1000 x 1000 mm of material for container bottoms, intermediate layers and plug in foam.

Application

The sheet is cut into bottoms for storage containers, into interleaves between stacked boards and into plug in foam for components with pins. It also serves as a dissipative base in drawers and on trolleys inside the EPA.
