A transport pallet inside an EPA has to carry the load and at the same time drain the charges that movement creates. This pallet in the euro pallet footprint of 1200 x 800 mm is made of permanently volume conductive polypropylene and takes a static load of up to 7,500 kg.

Application

The pallet carries filled ESD containers, board magazines and assembly racks in the store and during in-house transport. The closed top surface also suits lines where small parts are placed directly on the pallet and a perforated deck would leave too little support.

Compatibility

The manufacturer lists the stackable frame 5395.AR for this pallet, which lets the load height be built up in steps and secures the goods at the sides.
