Inclined nozzle metal with grid insert, 50 mm dia, ESD safe - Weller FT-NS

At a hand soldering bench the nozzle has to sit close to the joint without obstructing the view or the tool. The metal FT-NS inclined nozzle extracts from above at an angle through a 50 mm opening and shields the capture zone over a length of 130 mm.

Applications

Hand soldering and rework on printed circuit boards, repair benches in electronics manufacturing and bonding or dispensing work with solvent vapour. The angled shape suits every position where extraction comes from above while the operator works freely on the component.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Suitable for Weller extraction arms with nozzle mount. For attachment to an aluminium extraction arm without a flexible extraction hose, Adapter Z is required in addition. Supplied as one inclined nozzle with grid insert, extraction arm and adapter are ordered separately.

The ESD safe version allows use at workplaces according to IEC 61340-5-1.
