Desoldering cartridge long 0.76 / 1.68 mm 485 °C STDC series - Metcal STDC-803L

Joints on ground planes or ceramic substrates pull away so much heat that a standard cartridge never clears the hole properly. The Metcal STDC-803L therefore works at a 485 °C tip temperature with an extended 21.33 mm tip that also reaches recessed plated holes.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The STDC series cartridge runs in the Metcal MX-DS1 desoldering hand piece connected to the MX-500, MX-5000 and MX-5200 power units. One desoldering cartridge is supplied.
