Silicone suction cup 9.53 mm blue for ProcessMate 100, pack of 10 - Nordson EFD 7016891

Gripping populated assemblies by hand leaves grease behind and risks chipped edges. The silicone suction cup with 9.53 mm diameter picks the part up by vacuum instead and sets it down under control.

Benefits in use

• Silicone sealing lip, soft enough for polished and painted surfaces.
• Diameter 9.53 mm, suited to flat parts such as displays, covers, lenses and larger housing parts.
• Designed for the vacuum pick-up pin of the ProcessMate 100 assembly tool.
• Pack of 10 cups, so a worn cup can be replaced without waiting for a delivery.
• Blue colour, which keeps a detached cup visible on the assembly.

Applications

Assembly and inspection of electronic assemblies, handling of lenses, displays, covers and small parts in the laboratory, cleanroom and prototype shop.

Compatibility

Designed for the vacuum pick-up pin of the Nordson EFD ProcessMate 100 vacuum assembly tool.

Standards and compliance

The property table does not list the cup as ESD safe. At ESD protected workplaces the discharge path has to be ensured through the handling tool and the work surface.
