Applications
Soldering and rework on ultra fine pitch parts, running jumper wires in thin enamelled copper, stereo microscope work and touching up single pins without disturbing adjacent joints.
Compatibility and scope of delivery
The conical cartridge runs in the SHP-T hand piece of the TMT-5000S-1 and TMT-5000S-2 stations. One soldering tip is supplied. With such a small contact area, a little solder as a thermal bridge to the workpiece is advisable.
