Safeshield ESD Shielding Stacking Box, 600 x 400 x 220 mm, blue, pack of 10 - Warmbier 5510.SB.600.B

Storage, testing and shipping take ESD sensitive assemblies out of the EPA every day. The Safeshield stacking box, outer dimensions 600 x 400 x 220 mm, shields its contents with a conductive inner layer and lets less than 1 nJ reach the goods in the energy test.

Benefits

• Conductive inner layer shields against fields and discharges, below 1 nJ in the energy test.
• Inner and outer surfaces permanently dissipative and abrasion resistant.
• Version with four-point gluing, the corners stay joined through repeated use.
• Printed ESD label with a warning in German and English, RESY symbol, UV resistant.
• Reusable, recyclable, corrosion free and free of heavy metals.

Application

In-house storage of populated boards, transport between EPA workstations and external shipping of ESDS. The 600 x 400 mm footprint matches that of the Safeshield cover 600 x 400 x 40 mm.
