Combination pliers VDE 1000 V, gripping jaws 53 HRC, chrome-plated, 190 mm - Knipex 01 06 190

Anyone working live in a distribution board needs pliers that grip, bend and cut without the tool itself becoming the hazard. The 01 06 190 combination pliers are insulated with multi-component sleeves and tested to IEC 60900 for 1000 V, and their cutting edges take hard wire up to 2.5 mm dia.

Areas of use

Electrical installation, switchgear and control cabinet building, maintenance and service on systems that cannot be switched off. The 190 mm length gives enough leverage for thicker cables while staying manageable inside a distribution board.

Standards and conformity

The pliers follow DIN ISO 5746 for combination pliers and are tested as an insulated hand tool to DIN EN 60900 and IEC 60900. According to the manufacturer they contain no substances of very high concern under REACH, the RoHS directive does not apply.
