ESD top lid for tote boxes, conductive, black, 600 x 400 mm - Warmbier 5310.64.A

An open tote box collects dust and lets small parts escape while it is being moved. This top lid closes boxes with a 600 x 400 mm footprint and is made from permanently volume conductive polypropylene with a typical resistance of 10^4 - 10^5 ohms. The cover stays part of the conductive environment rather than becoming a charge source of its own.

Covering ESD tote boxes during buffer storage and in-house transport inside the EPA. The lid keeps dust, swarf and prying eyes away from populated assemblies on their way between production, test area and store, and stays conductive while doing so.
