These tips feature a unique housing made of inert polypropylene. They are flexible along edges and around corners, allowing paint and solvent application in hard-to-reach areas. The special flexible housing prevents damage to the surface and can be easily bent or cut to the desired length. The cannula is perfect for brushing over a surface to which a material is to be applied. It also prevents clumping for optimal repeatable and precise material application.
The unique SafetyLok™ mounting threads ensure secure attachment to the cartridges. In addition, each pick-up is manufactured and tested to be free of molding flash - these are plastic particles that can impede material flow and lead to inconsistent material applications.
All Optimum dispensing tips are manufactured in the USA in silicone-free factories to prevent material contamination and are certified for industrial use.
