The PH222 is a thermally conductive adhesive tape with high emissivity that absorbs more infrared and enables faster and more uniform preheating of PCBs with metal substrates. Used together with an underheater, the board heats up in a fraction of the time otherwise needed.
Benefits
- High emissivity for greater infrared absorption and faster preheating
- Uniform heating of PCBs with metal substrates, ideal with an underheater
- Attaches to the bottom of the PCB and removes easily without leaving residue
- Durable and reusable, does not deform after use, maximum operating temperature 250 °C
