Polyethylene nozzles thread securely onto Optimum® cartridges of all sizes, 725 series piston valves and 736HPA-NV high pressure valves. Each of these nozzles has a 1/4 NPT (6.35 mm) thread and is made from the highest quality materials. Our plastic nozzles are manufactured and tested to be free of moulding burrs - these are plastic particles that can impede material flow and cause inconsistent material application. All Optimum dispensing tips are manufactured in the USA in silicone-free factories to prevent material contamination and are certified for industrial use.
