Description
Excellent Classic is the premium version among the Hygostar chef's hats. It stands 25 cm high, and the crown is closed at the top and laid in pleats, so the hat keeps its shape through the whole shift.
Benefits
- Highly absorbent: viscose fibres take up sweat before it can drip towards food.
- Holds its shape: closed crown with laid pleats, 25 cm high.
- Comfortable: soft nonwoven instead of stiff paper.
- No laundry: disposable item, discard after use.
Applications
Restaurant kitchens, hotels, canteens, catering and open show kitchens where the kitchen team works in view of guests.
