Knives, cutting boards and machines in food processing have to be germ-free between two work steps without leaving residues in the product. Curacid Aktiv Plus is purely alcoholic, contains no colourants or fragrances and acts after just one minute.

Applications

Surfaces, machines, knives and tools in the food industry, butchers, bakeries, commercial kitchens and catering. Wiping: apply the solution to a cloth, wipe the dry surface, rinse with water. Spraying: spray on, spread with a cloth, rinse with water.

Standards and notes

According to the manufacturer it meets the requirements of European food law (HACCP) for Europe-wide use in the food sector. Not suitable for acrylic and Plexiglas. Dangerous goods, observe label and safety data sheet before use.
