Working in a cold room or on a cutting line calls for protection against both blade and cold. The Allfood Thermo covers both: its densely knitted special fabric with glass fibre core reaches cut protection class 5, and the inner lining insulates against low temperatures.

The glove is food safe, fits either hand and withstands washing at up to 95 °C. An extra long cuff covers the transition to the forearm.
