Description
Glass fibres in a knit can irritate sensitive skin. The CUT ALLFOOD SENSITIVE STEEL therefore relies on high-quality, light steel fibres with a stainless steel core, knitted extra densely in 13 gauge.
Reinforced fingertips improve tactile feel and the extra long cuff covers the wrist. The medium-weight glove is antimicrobial, food safe and fits either hand.
Benefits in use
- Light steel fibres with stainless steel core in an extra dense 13 gauge knit
- Free of glass fibres, so no skin irritation
- Reinforced fingertips for high tactile sensitivity
- Extra long cuff to protect the knife-holding hand
- Medium weight, antimicrobial, fits left or right
Applications
Meat and fish cutting, deboning, commercial kitchens and food production, especially for staff with sensitive skin.
