When boning and cutting, the knife hand is most at risk. The CUT ALLFOOD STEEL uses fine steel fibres with a stainless steel core in a very dense 10 gauge knit and reaches the highest cut protection level 5 to DIN EN 388:2016.

The dense knit lets the glove fit like a second skin and keeps the sense of touch. It is light, fits either hand, is food safe and washable at up to 95 °C.
