Hygiene flour brush with soft 0.25 mm PBT fibres, approved for food contact, white / transparent - Franz Mensch 70065

In bakeries and dough production, flour settles on tables, machines and dough troughs. Hard bristles would only stir it up. This HygoClean flour brush has extra soft 0.25 mm PBT fibres and is approved for direct contact with food.

The fibres are very durable. A hanger allows hanging storage between uses.

Benefits in use

• Soft 0.25 mm PBT fibres: pick up flour and fine dust
• Food contact: approved for direct contact with food
• Durable fibres: keep their shape in daily use
• Hanger: hygienic hanging storage
• Colour white / transparent: for colour coding by area or hygiene zone

Applications

Bakeries, patisseries, pasta production, pizzerias, commercial kitchens and food production.
